Responsibilities:
- Design blockchain protocols and smart contracts using Rust within the Polkadot ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in blockchain technology, Polkadot upgrades, and industry standards.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define and refine project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to blockchain implementation, ensuring robustness and reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in blockchain development with a focus on Rust programming language.
- In-depth understanding of the Polkadot ecosystem, including experience with Substrate framework.
- Solid understanding of blockchain protocols, consensus algorithms, and cryptography.
- Previous experience in developing and deploying smart contracts on Polkadot.
- Familiarity with Solidity and smart contract development on Ethereum is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or relevant communities.
