- Able to work closely with Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop sales strategy accordingly.
- Prepare quotation accordingly to customer's inquiry and email replying.
- Manage walk in customers for order management and attend to their inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Manage e-commerce order.
- Proceed order and delivery arrangements accordingly to the customer's request.
- Set-up & merchandise stocks for store when needed.
- Strong problem solving and resourceful.
- Able to work independently and self-motivated.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
