Product & Marketing Development Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and marketing within the travel industry.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics.
- Familiarity with inbound travel market dynamics
Job Description:
1. Product Development:
- Identify and assess market trends and customer preferences.
- Develop and enhance travel packages and itineraries to meet client demands. ·
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate and secure favorable terms for products and services.
2. Marketing Strategy:
- Create and execute marketing plans to promote travel packages.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Monitor marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed.
3. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive landscapes.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products and services.
- Stay informed about industry developments and adapt strategies accordingly.
4. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for product development and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure cost-effective strategies while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
- Produce and present to Management a monthly result
5. Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service.
- Provide guidance and support to marketing and product development teams.
6. Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
