The successful candidate will work with the KM team in the implementation and execution of the firm’s KM activities.
Responsibilities
- Work with the KM team to implement and execute both client-facing as well as internal KM initiatives and activities.
- Work with practice groups to ensure strategic alignment of business goals and KM strategy.
- Be well-versed in developments in the law.
- This role is based in Singapore.
Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience as a lawyer.
- KM experience in a large law firm environment will be welcomed (but not a pre-requisite), and experience in an international law firm will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and technical ability so as to gain confidence of partners and senior lawyers and be able to draw on practical experience to deliver practical solutions.
- Excellent drafting, research, writing, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and accurately convey information and ideas.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for innovation and developing new ways of supporting client-facing lawyers in the firm.
