Job Description:
• Handle payroll, yearly Auto-Inclusion Scheme submission and leave management - own the payroll process and contribute to its continuous improvement.
• Administration/Employee Data Management matters.
• Handle recruitment matters pertaining to interns.
• Support recruitment process (including recruitment, on-boarding, confirmation, off-boarding and orientation).
• Data management of leave and claims in HRIS.
• Support performance appraisal process and compensation and benefits activities.
• Childcare leave claim submission and tracking.
• Support work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellations).
• Handle and resolve employee queries.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
● Education – Diploma/degree in Human Resources or equivalent
● Experience – 1 year of experience in similar fields
● Computing – Advanced MS Office
● Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of labour law (MOM)
