This is a multinational manufacturing firm specialising in biomedical and environmental applications.
Your new role
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be processing accounts payable invoices while verifying purchase orders and good receipts. You will also be performing supplier reconciliation on monthly basis.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be liaising with buyers and suppliers to resolve invoice on hold issues. This is a 6 months renewable contract.
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma in Accountancy
- 1-2 year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
- Good time management and comfortable to work in fast-paced environment.
- Experience in using Oracle R12 or other Accounting systems and Microsoft Excel will be added advantage.
