Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the production line for mobile devices, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet production goals, including staffing and equipment requirements.
- Monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and train production team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure consistent quality standards are met.
- Work with other departments, including engineering and supply chain, to optimize production processes and improve product quality.
- Monitor and report on production metrics, including output, scrap, and downtime.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, working with the production team to implement solutions.
- Provide regular updates to management on production progress and issues.
Qualifications
- Diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the mobile device industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
