Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients' quotation, invoices, PO and delivery orders
  • Work with internal sales/operations/marketing teams to coordinate jobs
  • Miscellenous adminstrative tasks
  • Basic accounting tasks
  • Manage misc marketing activities on our online platforms

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum education level: diploma in business/ operations
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • Effective Bilingual in English and Mandarin for work purpose (in order to handle queries, issues and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the material and production matters)
  • Good teamwork and eager to learn
