- Build and manage relationship with home improvement contractor partners.
- Ensure supply of contractor partners across service categories in their respective coverage area.
- Manage contractor partner bandwidth.
- Monitor service delivery SLAs.
- Forecasting of project delivery against contractor's fulfillment time.
- Improve contractor partner experience though processes and tech workflows.
Requirements
- Min 5 years of working experience in ID industry (residential projects).
- Experience in price negotiation, material selection etc.
- Strong in relationship building/management.
- Strong connection with sub-contractors/suppliers.
- Must be comfortable managing high-volume contractors/suppliers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
