What we’re looking for

A capable and meticulous person, experienced in performing accounting functions of our company. You’ll also assist our team with other admin & HR matters.


What You’ll Do:

Accounting:

  • Perform bookkeeping duties
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Generating of monthly reports
  • Prepare invoices for customers
  • Processing payments to suppliers
  • Process payrolls
  • Assist with compilation of accounts for preparation of financial statements


Admin & HR Matters:

  • Provide administrative support - keep track and order office supplies, software subscriptions, organising mail and documents
  • Post job advertisements & schedule interviews
  • Prepare employment contracts and welcoming new employees on their first day with us, helping them to get set up and ready


Requirements

  • Proficient in using Xero & Talenox
