What we’re looking for
A capable and meticulous person, experienced in performing accounting functions of our company. You’ll also assist our team with other admin & HR matters.
What You’ll Do:
Accounting:
- Perform bookkeeping duties
- Bank reconciliation
- Generating of monthly reports
- Prepare invoices for customers
- Processing payments to suppliers
- Process payrolls
- Assist with compilation of accounts for preparation of financial statements
Admin & HR Matters:
- Provide administrative support - keep track and order office supplies, software subscriptions, organising mail and documents
- Post job advertisements & schedule interviews
- Prepare employment contracts and welcoming new employees on their first day with us, helping them to get set up and ready
Requirements
- Proficient in using Xero & Talenox
