Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of accounts for the Salon/Clinic, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee daily cash operations and petty cash management, contributing to ongoing enhancements in cash management processes.
- Process expenses, staff reimbursements, payments, and claims efficiently.
- Generate timely and precise daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain comprehensive stock records to ensure inventory completeness.
- Reconcile Inter-Company Accounts to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Prepare schedules, post journals, and assist in the creation of financial reports.
- Ensure compliance and timely submission of corporate and income tax filings.
- Provide assistance and advice on financial management matters.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors, company secretary, tax agents, government associations, and other relevant entities concerning reporting issues.
- Undertake any additional tasks or ad hoc duties as delegated by management.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years or above working experience as a full set of accounts
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting / Business related or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Plato, and Xero will be considered an advantage
