The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of business relationships and maximizing revenues from assigned institutional accounts. He/she will also need to develop knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinates efforts to service client organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Account acquisition and management responsibility for regional institutional clients, with coverage including Mainland, HK and Taiwan.
- Strategizing, Developing and execution of sales strategies
- Generating deep understanding of client needs and building relationships with key client decision maker
- Build effective relationships with the clients to develop revenue opportunities and to deliver a high quality of service
- Develop pipeline of target institutional clients to generate revenue on institutional equity sales business.
- Promote the brand through intensified communication with major institutional clients in the region.
- Customise investment solutions to suit the needs of prospects and existing clients.
Requirement:
- 5-10+ years’ experience in institutional sales, research or trading
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
- Demonstrate a track record in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales results.
- Ability to focus and prioritise the key initiatives across a broad range of opportunities and relationships
- An understanding of micro and macro-economic factors affecting Asian equity markets
- Technical Knowledge of the Brokerage Industry
