Job Responsibilities:
- Project administration and documentation including prepare monthly progress claim, submission claim for VO and final account for closure of account, etc.
- Taking-off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities.
- Monitor progress claim and resolve claim issues with clients.
- Assist in the tendering process to ensure costing are accurately included.
- Monitor the projects’ usage of material against the budgeted quantity.
- Attend to site surveys whenever necessary
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Construction / Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experiences in similar capacity.
- AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience working in waterproofing subcontractor companies.
- Meticulous and good analytical ability.
- Work independently under minimal supervision.
