Responsibilities
- Manage all matters relating to company bus transportation for staff and foreign workers.
- Assist in review company bus routes and contractual term with transportation vendors periodically.
- Manage all matters pertaining to taxi voucher issuance and accounting, taxi fare reimbursement and recording to staff and workers.
- Manage all matters relating to dormitories and workers’ accommodation related requirements.
- Co-conduct periodic inspection of workers’ accommodation with departments.
- Manage all matters relating to teleco requirements and billing.
- Assist in working out annual budgets which includes expenses in dormitories, transportation, uniforms & PPE, etc.
- Conduct tender briefing and work closely with purchasing department.
- Any other ad hoc matters when requires.
Requirements:
- Diploma with min 3 years of experience
- Ability to adapt well and fast into the workplace cultures and procedures.
- Good network skills, and able to recognize linkage and synergies between departments and stakeholders (internal and external).
- Able to write reports and good office administration organization knowledge and experience.
- Able to work late and response to works occasionally in odd hours.
- Resilience, positive and able to work independently.
Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
