Job Description
Provide support for the maintenance of building and property facilities
Perform daily inspections and identify building defects
Coordinate and oversee contractors for repair and maintenance work
Propose and implement improvement projects
Respond to customer and internal stakeholder requests and feedback
Skill Sets
Proficient in subcontractor and internal stakeholder management
Problem-solving abilities with a positive, resourceful, and proactive attitude
Possession of Fire Safety Manager Certificate or Supervise Construction Work for WSH (BCSS) is a plus
Education / Experience
Diploma in Building or Facility Management or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
