Role and responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer services
- Patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Process invoice and payment collection
- Maintain patient medical records
- Perform inventory management
- Provide administrative support
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Ad hoc tasks
Candidates Requirement

- Basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and independently
- Able to work 5.5days per week (Alternate Saturday)
- Relevant working experiences in the clinic/hospital is preferred
