Job Description
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions.
- Source and propose for cost effective strategies to attract and hire suitable talents.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Full spectrum on employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full spectrum of HR.
- Creative, resourceful, great interpersonal skills, and excellent communicator.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay and benefits, recruitment, training and development)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
