We are a well-established corporate secretarial firm which currently seeking interested individuals for the position; Administrative Support Assistant.
Job Responsibilities/Scope:
Handling full spectrum of administrative supports duties for our clients which includes but not limited to the following:
Assist Senior to manage a portfolio of clients by providing administrative supports for the the following:
- Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
- Manage corporate documentation for the clients (eg, minutes and resolutions)
- Perform customer due diligence for Company incorporation
- Filing with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
- Maintenance of statutory registers, minutes book and submission of statutory returns to ACRA
- Managing compliance work related to share transfers, share allotments, appointment and resignation of directors, and the preparation of the Company's Constitution.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required
