You will be leading the Life sciences/ labs vertical and be aligned to Space Matrix goals and targets of revenue, client acquisitions, client retention through client success and thought leadership.
- Client satisfaction is ingrained in our fundamental values and you will be responsible for understanding from a Life sciences/ labs perspective, the client’s key business drivers influencing their decision-making process and how these decisions will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their goals.
- You will be leading and owning the Sales and Design activities for life sciences/ labs vertical and create holistic solutioning to fulfil client’s needs and Space Matrix Annual target of the vertical in the financial year
- You will be driving the Space Matrix proposition to be most value added/unique for the pitch/proposals.
- You will ensure that your teammates create coordinated solutions and work together as an effective team towards common goals.
- You will be planning the growth for the Life sciences/ labs vertical in line with organisation goals.
- You will be leading the design for Life sciences/ labs services with our internal team and external partners. You will also be responsible to Prepare and plan Design execution timelines and budgets for the Projects.
- You will help Space Matrix maintain highest talent density in the market by building high talented team
- Analyse, plan and fulfil -with help of internal and external resources- training needs to the team for successful execution of project.
