The Opportunity
We, at Flywire, are seeking a Partner Operations Associate to help us handle and process our growing volume of cross-border payments in Singapore. You will help process payments globally through partner accounts Flywire have around the world.
- Manage the day to day processing of payments
- Match incoming payments against customer requests
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest ways to improve processes.
- Bring qualitative and quantitative feedback to the team to make informed decisions
- Work confidently with internal teams - Contact point for agent team and supporting the customer service team
- Payer KYC
- Generate reports for account receivables
- Control settlements from our partners
- Conduct daily follow-up with processing issues that are unresolved
