Roles & Responsibilities:

Value Generation 

  • Identify and develop new avenues for value creation through high-potential partnerships. 
  • Drive partner engagement to exceed planned outcomes. 
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint offering that maximize opportunities. 
  • Monitor sales performance and implementation outcomes to maximize value. 

High-Potential           

  • Identify key partners with high potential aligned with business goals. 
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-potential partners. 
  • Develop joint business plans that align with high-potential objectives. 
  • Ensure partners are well-informed about our industry and GEO areas. 

ACV Optimization

  • Focus on increasing Annual Contract Value (ACV) through partner relationships. 
  • Collaborate with partners to align their business goals with ACV-driven initiatives. 
  • Monitor and analyse ACV metrics, identifying areas for improvement. 

Implementation & Deal Management: 

  • Share Best practice of submitting and maintaining deal reg & Deployment reg 
  • Manage deal lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring favourable outcomes. 
  • Keep track of partner led implementation & their CSAT

Cross-functional Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner activities. 
  • Ensure seamless integration of partner vision into ServiceNow strategies. 

Performance Tracking and Reporting: 

  • Track partner performance against value creation and their goals. 
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders. 

Stakeholder Communication: 

  • Maintain transparent communication with partners and internal teams. 
  • Advocate for partners' needs and requirements within the organization. 
  • Collaboration with Partner Success & Quality team for valuable insights 

Market Analysis & Partner Recruitment:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities. 
  • Leverage market insights to shape partner strategies & partner recruitment (onboarding) 
  • Work with the team to identify potential new partners and help to onboard as and when required
