Responsibilities:

- Partner the business in terms of planning, systems optimization and driving operational cadences

- Play a critical role in driving Lead to Cash process

- Drive business insights, measure ROI, and access risks

- Partner with BI to streamline and standardize reporting needs

- Build and run Sales Incentive Programs

- Strong advocate for best practices and change management

- Be an integral member of the Sales Operations team where our success is measured by the success of the business

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a quantitative field of study

- Self starter with at least 5 years of business partnering experience

- Well versed in CRM and lead-generation systems such as Salesforce, etc

- Experience with BI systems such as Tableau and/or SQL is a plus

- Proficient in English and Mandarin as this role requires interactions with customers across multiple geographies and timezones

- Adventurous and capable of navigating through ambiguities in a high-growth environment
