- 3+ years of experience in IT storage management
- Proven experience in designing and implementing storage solutions, including PowerStore, PowerScale, or PowerMax.
- Proficiency in storage management tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of SAN and NAS protocols, including FC, iSCSI, NFS, and SMB.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud storage (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Storage certification (e.g., Dell EMC Proven Professional) is desirable.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
