Point of Sale (POS) Support:

  • Oversee the installation and removal of POS systems in-store.
  • Provide initial diagnosis and level 1 troubleshooting support for POS issues.
  • Conduct POS induction for newly onboarded staff.

Software and System Support:

  • Offer software and system support and troubleshoot issues across various departments.
  • Install and grant system access to each department.
  • Manage and ensure the smooth operation of our in-house systems.
  • Oversee internal and external application upgrades.

Network Security and Maintenance:

  • Manage telephone and internet lines.
  • Assist in headquarters network maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to headquarters network security policies.

Hardware Support:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, network devices (VPN, routers, Wi-Fi, switches), AV equipment, and web conference devices.
  • Manage IT device warranties and accessory purchases.

Stock take Support:

  • Actively participate in stock take exercises.
  • Offer support in generating general reports.
  • Prepare the necessary hardware, such as laptops and scanners, for stocktaking.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Possess a diploma in IT or an equivalent qualification.:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience in a retail or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) setting.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach, reliability, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Display a high level of motivation and self-initiative, with the ability to swiftly address and resolve issues.
  • Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is expected.
  • Prior experience with SAP systems, particularly in the MM (Materials Management), LE (Logistics Execution), and FI (Financial) modules
  • Candidates with knowledge of computer networking and internet technologies will be particularly advantageous.
