Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare group consolidation and perform financial analytical review
- Coordinate with subsidiaries’ finance leads to ensure timely and accurate
financial reporting pack - Prepare monthly Group management reporting pack & presentation deck
- Ensure monthly intercompany balances are reconciled by subsidiaries finance leads
- Oversees the month-end closing of holding company and several investment subsidiaries
- Prepare Group budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare board decks, SGX announcements and Annual report
- Prepare group financial statements & notes to the accounts
- Assist in Board Meeting and AGM/EGM coordination
- Liaise with external auditors, corporate secretarial agents, sponsors, and
share registrar - Any other ad-hoc financial duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accountancy
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, financial consolidation
experience will be preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking
skills - A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
