· Material and production scheduling
· Liaise with various production sections to ensure smooth production flow
· Report production status on shop floor
· Documentation and filing within department
. Works with production planning department to schedule print jobs on the presses
. Contacts outside service suppliers on finishing processes
. Coordinates with sales and customer service for artwork sign-offs
. Able to work night shift and split shift
. Able to work OT on weekends and public holiday
· Must be able to work night shift and split shift
· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
