The Role:
As our Human Resource Lead, you'll be working closely with Founders to play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s future. You'll be the architect of our human resources strategy, fostering a vibrant culture and developing a robust talent pipeline that aligns with our strategic growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to meet the high-growth needs of the business.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Nurture a positive working environment and ensure legal compliance.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Lead, Manager, or other relevant role.
- Understanding of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases; ability to design strategies and systems.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and company leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certifications such as SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD are a plus
