The Role:

As our Human Resource Lead, you'll be working closely with Founders to play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s future. You'll be the architect of our human resources strategy, fostering a vibrant culture and developing a robust talent pipeline that aligns with our strategic growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to meet the high-growth needs of the business.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and ensure legal compliance.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Lead, Manager, or other relevant role.
  • Understanding of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases; ability to design strategies and systems.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and company leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD are a plus
