Monthly Salary: UP to $4500 (Additional Allowances - Mobile, Meal and Customer Visit)
Location: Pasir Panjang (Nearst MRT)
Working Hours: 8:15am - 5:30pm
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of Annual Marketing and Channel Plans for assigned channels and key retailers or trade clients.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers in General Trade, Modern Trade, and OP Trade to align on Marketing Plans, Calendars, and promotional activities.
- Oversee the development of initiatives, coordinate and execute consumer and trade promotions, including sampling and on-ground store activations.
- Collaborate with account managers to compile necessary documents for Joint Business Plans (JBP) or internal surveys and reviews.
- Work with channel and market planning teams to create and deploy appropriate Point of Sale Materials (POSM).
- Develop PICOs/Execution Standards for assigned channels based on Windows and each new product launch.
- Keep track of expenditures to ensure they align with the budget.
- Collaborate with CCEFL to ensure compliance with brand guidelines for promotions and collaterals.
- Analyze business and brand performance for each channel and major retailers/trade customers. Identify opportunities and implement plans to capitalize on them, taking corrective actions if necessary to meet objectives and targets.
- Monitor competitors' activities in each channel and assess potential impacts on our business, recommending corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
- Possession of a Diploma or higher qualification in a field related to Business Studies.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, General Trade, or Trade Marketing within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- Aggressive and demonstrate skills in achieving sales, profitability and budget goals.
