You don’t need to have MICE experience to work with us. We’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial self-starters with a strong sense of ownership, passion and curiosity, driven by our values of care, ownership, trust, passion and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adeptly manage budgets, project plans, and resource allocation for multiple projects running simultaneously.
- Effectively address project-related issues by liaising with clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Taking ownership of reporting project progress, profitability, escalations, resourcing, and other relevant matters to the leadership team.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the Project Management team and personalized career development plans.
- Ensure safety, efficiency, and high delivery standards by overseeing the on-site Event team, offering guidance and addressing issues as needed.
- Identify potential opportunities for ongoing projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project manages the event with respect to targets and expected P&L.
- Possess a minimum of 9 - 10 years of experience in the events industry, ideally with a background in MICE.
- Display an optimistic mindset and a strong commitment to continuous learning, demonstrating dedication to personal and professional growth.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both in written and verbal forms.
- Demonstrate proficiency in project management and time management.
- Be willing to roll up your sleeves and when necessary, delving into end-to-end project management, from pitch ideation and presentation to clients, lead generation, and beyond.
- Current working location: Braddell. New office is set to relocate to Expo in 2024.
