THE ROLE
This role requires excellent time and project management and can work well under tight timelines. Being able to work with multiple stakeholders at once and is comfortable with presentation and discussion in a relatively big group. This individual will get the opportunity to learn how to support a brick-and-mortar business with close to 500 stores island wide.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and agencies for thematic and Always-on marketing campaigns including in-store POSMs and social media assets.
- Work closely with commercial and PR agency for planning and execution of press releases, KOLs. engagements and media events.
- Responsible for social media monitoring on customer sentiments, tracking online buzz, competition and be aware of market changes and development.
- Identify best practices and share learnings and ROI analysis from past social media marketing campaigns. Manage the social media marketing budget to optimize spend and performance based on insights and data.
- Support customer service for any customer enquiries.
- Ensure continuity of brand specific promotions and consistency of implementation in store.
- Ensure high level of commitment at store level for store specific promotions.
ABOUT YOU
- A diploma or degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
- 3 years marketing experience in retail or FMCG
- Passion in 360 campaign planning and events management
- Have experience in loyalty app is a plus
