Finance
· Responsible for the overall operation of the Finance Department
· Responsible for the full set of accounts using SAP B1
· Perform monthly bank reconciliations
· Prepare and co-ordinate payments, petty cash transactions
· Prepare management financial report in SAP
· Submission of quarterly GST return
· Prepare annual budgeting
· Evaluate internal controls, accounting policies and procedures
· Other accounting duties or tasks as assigned by Directors
HR
· Responsible for the overall operation of the HR Department
· Prepare monthly payroll using Infotech software
· Prepare quarterly Commission for Sales Staff
· Prepare monthly CPF submissions
· Submission of Childcare leave claim, maternity leave claim
· Submission of work employment related pass
· Other HR duties or tasks as assigned by Directors
Requirements
· Min Diploma and above, preferably with 2 to 3 years of related working experience
· Strong accounting knowledge and careful with figures
· Mature and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines with minimal supervision
· Good working attitude, positive and responsible
· Experience in SAP Software will be an advantage
· Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to always maintain confidentiality
· Preferably candidates who are highly efficient, well organized and has a desire to learn and grow his/her potential
