• Supervise and coordinate all activities of the central kitchen.
• Ensure good housekeeping of the central kitchen.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and reduce wastages.
• Monitor the quality of ingredients and products (input and output).
• Maintenance of equipment and Inventory Management
• Ensure safety compliance
• Lead and motivate a team of production workers.
• Keep track of the kitchen staffs and driver’s schedule
• To train new production staff.
• Oversees workplace safety and health compliance.
• To ensure and adhere to ISO requirements.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
