Job Description:
• Responsible for day-to-day operations and administration on network & security infrastructure.
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment and network operating system.
• Responsible for network design and security particularly trouble shooting and/or debugging network related problems.
• Troubleshoot networks, system, and applications to identify and correct malfunction; other operational difficulties and provide telephone and internal users.
• Managing Network Devices such as firewalls, Router, switches, Load balancers, Etc. (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Checkpoint, F5, Frontier, palo Alto and MacAfee)
• Implementation of new solutions, risk mitigation techniques, and provide network consultations for new projects.
• Assign IP Addresses.
• Receipt, evaluation and implementation of inbound Network Access user and device provisioning/de-provisioning service requests.
• Maintains contractor’s inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of vendor activates.
• Develop and documents systems standards for computer and network device.
• Recommend and schedule repairs to the LAN/WAN and ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or IT-related field.
• CCNA certification.
• 2 year of Network and Security Operations.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in BGP, OSPF, Multicast in VPN framework.
• Knowledge of computer systems, computer networks and software development life cycle.
• Basic knowledge on network infrastructure.
• Able to resolve the network issues along with other L2/L3 Engineers.
