Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.Planning and scheduling of rosters. Creating and managing the operation and capital budget and expenses. Ensure operation is moving smoothly. They also report their findings to upper management as needed.They work full-time hours and may need to work overtime when required. Able to hands-on when required.
