Senior Finance Officer | Full Set Account | Bencoolen
Location: Bencoolen St
Working Days: Mon - Fri, 5 days
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Salary: $4,000 - $4,500 (Depends on Experience)
Job Description
- Responsible for preparation of Group Consolidated Financial Statements
- Responsible for Month-End Closing of the Group
- Responsible for daily Bank-Recon, Cash Flow Forecast, Internal Inter Bank Fund Transfer
- Update and monitor Trade Finance movement
- Handles all Inter-Companies’ Debit Note transactions
- Preparation of relevant Balance Sheet Schedules and Reporting
- Prepare and submit Quarterly GST Return.
- Responsible for maintenance of Chart of Accounts
- Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents and Company Secretary as required for all Statutory and
- Regulatory requirements to ensure Compliance
- Provide guidance and support to Finance Teams
- Identify and implement Improvements to Accounting Processes and Procedures for Efficiency and Accuracy.
- Supports overall Office Operations
- Involved in finance projects for system enhancements.
- Other ad hoc matters as assigned by Superior.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of full set accounts experience. Min diploma. At least 2 years of supervisory experience will be preferred. wholesale trade accounts experience will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS office skills.
