Responsibilities:
- To perform work in Post Market Surveillance, so as to deliver satisfactory quality work / investigation in the field of market returned products and within an agreed timeline.
- Investigation of Field Returned Product:
- Take ownership to track status of inbound / outbound delivery of returned components / products.
- Verify consumer complaint symptom.
- Maintain field returned master database.
- Provide preliminary data analysis based on field returned master database.
- Owns preparation for QCT meeting (Quality Complaint Team)
- Compile & send list of samples to be reviewed.
- Provide pre-investigation outcome (e.g., confirmation of consumer complaint / checks and measurement data).
- Support QCT per instruction / requirement of engineers vii. For Safety field returns in addition to above steps, take ownership and update status in Safety return handling system in SAP
- To perform a list of tests according to agreed Test Schedule and following available Test Instructions. To provide monthly reports on the completed test based on Supplier time sheet format.
- To perform a list of maintenance activities according to agreed schedule, including adhoc repairs.
- To provide monthly reports on the completed maintenance activities based on Supplier time sheet format.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical/ Electronics.
- Experience in trouble shooting, failure mode analysis and have proactiveness in problem solving & documentation of findings.
- Experience in a Quality Related function is preferred.
