Job scope
- Work scope is indoor based
- Provide administrative support to Sales & Project Team
- Source and procure materials for project team
- Prepare quotation and proposal
- Attend to sales/project enquiries and execute projects closely with Sales & Project Team
- Liaise with Engineering and Production Team in Batam, Indonesia on all aspect of manufacturing
- Coordinate with Clients on project documents for submission and approval
- Provide weekly production status on current projects
- Provide weekly quotation status update
