Financial Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Surveyors to finalize costs.
- Prepare and submit invoices to insurance companies to meet monthly labor sales targets.
- Monitor and expedite outstanding insurance payments within allowable timelines.
- Process monthly payments to contractors based on completed jobs.
- Track job progress against outstanding reports.
Insurance Coordination:
- Follow up on individual outstanding jobs for all sale types.
- Match parts from surveyors' revised estimates.
- Confirm with MCA for questionable items and additional parts and labor.
- Liaise with surveyors for invoicing details.
- Ensure accuracy before raising invoices.
Insurance Claims:
- Respond to Insurance Company correspondence.
- Obtain and organize complete documents to resolve problematic cases.
- Pursue outstanding cases and issue credit or debit notes as needed.
Third-Party Claims Processing:
- Coordinate with Surveyor to finalize third-party cases.
- Facilitate communication with owners for signature on third-party Discharge Voucher claim forms.
- Handle refunds to owners after third-party insurance payments.
- Maintain records of third-party Direct Settlement claims.
DXC Liaison:
- Compile cash sales and insurance excess reports for SSC.
- Monitor and reconcile ILS accounts.
- Manage invoice reversals and updates with DXC.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Verify contractor bills for accuracy before processing payments.
- Review and document contract bill details.
- Ensure correct invoicing for in-house contractor work orders.
- Maintain updated contact information for insurance companies and surveyors.
- Assist with e-filing tasks during the absence of the admin clerk.
- Coordinate owner signatures on various forms.
- Handle refunds for customer-supplied parts.
- Manage office supplies and stationery orders.
- Monitor and update insurance debt records daily.
- Handle specific job card adjustments.
- Assist in handling incoming correspondence.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma.
- At least 3 years of administrative experience.
- Experience in administering insurance motor claims would be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Words, MS Power Point.
- Experience in Operating GDMS or knowledge about insurance is an added advantage.
