Our client, a UK MNC in the transportation industry is looking for a Manager to support them on Talent Management as well as learning and development functions.
The Role
The successful incumbent will be partnering with key internal stakeholders on succession planning and learning and development for the leadership team. Responsibilities include identifying potential talent pool to conducting learning needs analysis, designing and implementing programs, as well as conducting training. There will also be involvement in LMS system migration, managing of external vendors and planning of budget, etc.
Your Profile
You should have a degree in HR, or any related discipline, and bring along with you at least 7 years of relevant experience. You should have strong stakeholder management skills and are analytical.
