Job Description:
- Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interview, selection, on-boarding, etc
- Work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees
- Assist in coordinating all L&D initiatives and organizational programmes, including serving as point of contact for external vendors, updating and maintaining schedules in addition to any other requirements for supporting a learning event
- Arrange in-house/external training courses and coordinate arrangements for internal/external courses and seminars
- Verification of invoices and payment for invoice
- Other ad-hoc other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher NITEC /Diploma in Human Resource Management
- 2-3 years experience in construction / marine sector
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high transactional environment.
- Able to communicate with Mandarin as need to liaise with Chinese speaking staffs
- Able to work independently and a team player
