Job Description:
- Ensure clinic’s compliance with PHMC and MOH standards
- Responsible for procurement and inventory management
- Knowledge of dental and clinical materials and consumables is an added advantage
- Assessing the budget to ensure annual profit goals are met
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services
- Manage patients' complaint and service recovery
- Organize and participate in clinic meetings
- Execute productivity, increase strategies, optimize staff and procedural value
- Ensure operations function to promote growth and meet financial objectives including short- and long-term planning
- Work with various stakeholders to plan and implement strategies to address the identified needs for improvement
- Manage clinic facilities, equipment, supplies and resources in relation to cost management
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline or Professional Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare Industry and Nursing is an advantage
- Encourage and develop staff motivation and teamwork
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience with people management
