will be incharge of supervising and managing our company's daily operations. Ensuring seamless and effective operations for the organization, together with meeting customer expectations and strategic goals is the primary objective. Will be involved in organizing and planning a variety of operational tasks, including resource allocation, production, inventory control, and quality assurance. will evaluate procedures and pinpoint opportunities for development, putting plans into action to maximize effectiveness, cut expenses, and boost output. furthermore, operations managers will have significant impact on the management of connections with vendors, suppliers, and other outside stakeholders. In order to promote continous improvement, the operations manager will also be responsible for establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPI's), assessing operational performance, and making data-driven choices.
Specific Responsibilities:
1.oversees the framework, systems, and procedures that are in use while searching for areas that could use adjustment or enhancement.
2. monitors and anticipates tactical and operational threats while offering strategic solutions.
3.oversees the day-to-day operations of the department while striking a balance between the duties of different business lines, including risk management, vendor relations, and business analysis.
4.assists in setting and achieving daily and quarterly goals with sales teams.
5.collaborates closely with COO on other departmental and specific planning initiatives.
6.monitors and provides monthly, quarterly, yearly, and weekly metrics.
7.Works along with other back office team members to support company principles, maintain positive morale, and guarantee smooth business execution.
8. Assists the onboarding team and transitions as needed.
9.builds and upholds reputable, expert connections with customers, internal departments, and outside suppliers.
10.works closely with the management team to guarantee that the company operational, administrative, and compliance responsibilities are all carried out correctly and in compliance with best practices based on regulations.
