Roles & Duties
- Part of a team that is designing a major, high profile project.
- Skillful and intuitive designer, able to operate with minimum supervision.
- Enthusiastic and passionate designer.
- Ability to work within project teams, directly under either the Director/Principal, to assist with the efficient and professional delivery of projects.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Following up with the detailed design process and co-ordinating design information;
- Have a good eye for detail, committed in the delivery of high quality and technically precise documentation.
- Able to meet rigorous schedules
- Perform other ad-hoc duties/tasks as required
Requirements
- Graduate Degree in Architecture
- 0 to 4 years of working experience
- Must be meticulous, a good team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Revit, Illustrator, Naviswork, Sketchup, Indesign, AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam and Newforma;
- Grasshopper and Enscape software experience a plus
- Familiarity with relevant international and local codes and regulations a benefit;
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, planning and documentation skills in English
