- Facilitating and/ or supporting discussions with diverse stakeholders across clinical divisions in the conceptualisation of clinical and supporting services.
- Supporting the development of key strategic plans in line with future models of care for services at the new facility while focusing on new paradigms in a post-COVID-19 environment.
- Collecting, organising and analysing data to support the planning process, as well as application of research with exposure to different models of care led by other institutions or industries.
- Providing secretariat support to assigned Committees led by Senior Management, and its supporting Workgroups.
- Engaging a myriad of stakeholders across clinical, operations, architectural, IT, engineering and other domains to assist with developing a detailed business case proposal.
- Supporting the DCEO, COO and Directors in whole-of-campus space management and planning
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience
- Secretariat experience in supporting committees led by C-suite members and Senior Clinical Leadership will be an advantage
- Ability to liaise with various level of stakeholders
- Team-player and independent
- Good project management skills, detail oriented
- Excellent written skills, especially in paper and minute writing, as well as oral communications and presentation skills
- Ability to prepare slides (Microsoft Powerpoint) comprising clear and concise messaging with visually appealing infographics
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in policy writing and /or clinical service planning will be an advantage
