Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Develop strategies for lead generation and implement effective outreach campaigns.

Client Retention:

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the internal teams to address client needs and concerns.

New Business:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's customer base.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling pitches and proposals.

Sales Presentations:

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Strategic Planning:

  • Work with the management team to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Provide input into developing new products or services based on market needs.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
  • Analyze sales and market data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma

Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with the industry and market trends.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Negotiation Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Team Collaboration:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Results-Driven:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Adaptability:

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving business needs.

Networking:

  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
