Responsibilities:
- Arrange floor mats and mopping of restaurant area
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Dispose all garbage bags in the kitchen
- Maintain cooking area by sweeping and mopping and cold room in the kitchen
- Cleaning of door edge frames
- Ensure toilet are clean for guests to use
- Replenishment of soap, toilet paper and paper towels
- Ensure Manager’s Office is clean and tidy
- Cleaning of guests’ vomit immediately, if any
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
