- Installing, upgrading, and maintaining hardware and software on user workstations and laptops.
- Maintaining various IT equipment including servers, workstations, laptops, printers, routers, firewalls, and other office equipment.
- Troubleshooting IT problems reported by users and assisting in daily IT operations.
- Ensuring the stability and security of the network and minimizing downtime.
- Implementing effective backup and disaster recovery procedures and supporting legacy systems.
- Providing system support and carrying out system requirement studies.
- Managing relationships with IT suppliers and vendors for IT infrastructure purchasing.
- Generating an inventory list for IT assets and software licensing.
- Managing users' email accounts.
- Ensuring that all IT systems governance follows corporate standards.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
