Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Given the company's business expansion, we seek the right candidate to manage an e-commerce platform seamlessly, improve order processing, explore new sales opportunities, and effectively handle customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Platform Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
2. Order Processing:
- Process daily orders from online platforms.
3. Customer Service:
- Handle and report customer feedback and complaints.
- Address issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Quotation:
- Responsible for sending out quotations accurately and on time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a graduated Diploma with at least one (1) year of working experience in Sales Administration
- Strong communication skills
- Capable of working independently with a proactive and positive working attitude
