- Mon-Fri; 9am-5.45pm
- Salary; Up to $4,000
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internally and customers
- Drive department performance for providing best services and equipment
- Write specification and technical reports
- Work with technicians to visit customer and fix the problems
- Check and grade return stock with justification
- Work with customer to identify product problem and advice solution.
- Work with technician & service team to develop solution to meet customer needs
- Prepare defect reports to communicate with factories for quality issues
- Lead projects by supporting the technical manager.
- Conduct field testing for new products
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma in Engineering field
- Min 2 years’ experience in home appliances products
- Good interpersonal skill able to communicate in mandarin speaking customers.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office
