- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
